(WTNH) – He spent three of his nine big league seasons in a Mets uniform. Rico Brogna has fond memories of his time in Queens.

He played a mean first base and had a loyal following. Since playing his last big league game in 2011, the former first round pick has done some coaching, got his Master’s degree in cybersecurity, and spent some time being a dad.

Brogna joined Sports Team 8 to discuss his journey.
