5th candidate qualifies to be on Governor’s ballot


A fifth candidate has qualified for ballot in the state’s race for governor.

According to the Secretary of State’s office, Mark Stewart Greenstein, of the Amigo Constitution Party, will appear on the ballot for the general election for the Governor’s race. 

State officials say Greenstein ensured his ballot after collecting more than 7,500 petition signatures.

He joins Democrat Ned Lamont, Republican Bob Stefanowski, Libertarian Rod Hanscomb, and petitioning candidate Oz Griebel in the race for governor.
