6th annual ‘Empty Bowls’ dinner to be held in Hartford to end hunger

The fight to end hunger continues in Hartford on Wednesday night. 

The Chrysalis Center is hosting their 6th annual ‘Empty Bowls’ event in an effort to bring awareness to the hunger issues across the state.

If you want to atttend, they are offering a bowl of soup, a salad and dessert, as well as a bowl donated by local atisans.

The event takes place Wednesday night at 5 p.m. and goes until 7 p.m. at the Training and Conference Center on Homestead Avenue in Hartford.

It costs $20 for adults and $10 for children.
