MADISON, Conn. (WTNH) — R.J. Julia Booksellers has been successfully selling books in Madison, Connecticut for the past 26 years.

News 8 spoke with Lori Fazio, the general manager, to discuss the independent bookstore and the role that it plays in a technology centered world.

“I think that e-books have found their niche. It was a lot of excitement and buzz when they first came out and they definitely have their place in the market. People like to have both. We get told more often than not that they want the hard book in their hands,” said Fazio.

Throughout the past 26 years, R.J. Julia Booksellers has won major awards while also hosting various authors, keeping customers coming back for more.
