“Hoppy” and healthy bunny gets clean bill of health, transferred to rabbit rescue

Hamden Animal Control just gave a clean bill of health to a bunny they rescued last month.

Animal control officers found the rabbit with a leg injury back on April 15.

It was malnourished and had an infected wound on its back legs. But as of Friday, he is “hoppy” and healthy.

He’s been transferred to the Hopalong Hollow Rabbit Rescue in Norwalk.
