Anti-violence rally held in Waterbury on Sunday


Residents in Waterbury came together Sunday to speak out against gun violence.

The rally took place after the city had been hit with several shootings recently, including the shooting of Fransua Guzman who was shot in the head earlier in October on Walnut Avenue.

The Waterbury community is saying that it has had enough.

Dozens of people gathered at Library Park late Sunday afternoon to protest the recent shootings in the city.

A non-profit called “Make ‘Em Believe” organized the rally.
