STAMFORD, Conn. (WTNH) – An autopsy will be performed on Tuesday for a man whose body washed up in Stamford Harbor.

Landscapers found 26-year-old Jorge Simon on Rogers Road near Shippan Point on Monday. Simon was reported missing on February 15th by family and friends after he did not return home for several days.

Police say Simon was in the water for quite some time. Investigators say he lived and worked in Stamford for the past seven years before coming here from Guatemala.

Police say there were no signs of trauma or foul play.
