BERLIN, Conn. (WTNH) – The Berlin Police Department’s routine phone line is currently down, after suffering a lightning strike.

According to the police department, the emergency 911 lines are still working. In the meantime, police ask residents with non-emergency inquiries to call 860-250-0350 while the phone line is being repaired.
