Bridgeport Police distribute turkeys instead of tickets

The Bridgeport Police Department has already started giving back this holiday season.

On Friday, Bridgeport police officers pulled over local residents to hand out turkey and fixings for the Holidays.

The department posted a video to Facebook of officers pulling over a clearly surprised resident, and handing him a turkey.

The video was captioned, “Surprising unsuspecting drivers with #Thanksgiving fixin’ s and turkeys instead of tickets for the Holiday season. #givingback #reaction #smile #turkeys.”
