A Canadian man accused of abducting his son more than 30 years ago, then taking him to Connecticut, will appear before a judge on Monday.
61-year-old Allan Mann Jr. is charged with abducting his 2-year-old son back in 1987.
His son was found in Vernon, Connecticut last month after investigators received a tip.
Authorities say Mann lied about his identity when he tried to get health care and housing help form the federal government.
Mann’s son, who is now 33, was reunited with his mother.
