“Boston and New York have been making investments in their infrastructure for years and they’re reaping the benfits of it. Communities that were once undesirable are now desirable. We have our best and brightest moving to the cities we need to do something our bridges are failing our roads are failing we need to do something. Tolls would provide some of that money.”
