Clinton’s Robert Faulhaber wins ‘Connecticut Idol’

(WTNH)– Hundreds of people registered for the ‘Connecticut Idol’ contest, which began last week at Mohegan Sun.

Now, one will get the ‘Silver Ticket,’ and chance to audition in front of the American Idol executive producers in Savannah, Georgia, for a shot at making their way onto the show.Related Content: Meet the Top 5 singers from Connecticut Idol

The lucky winner is Robert Faulhaber, a 25-year-old from Clinton.

Robert was chosen over singers from Derby, East Hartford, Wolcott and Vernon, who made up the rest of our five finalists.

He’ll get his chance to impress, and who knows, maybe even become the next ‘American Idol.’
