Connecticut Senators fight to keep funding intact for house of worship protection

Funding is currently at $60 million for FEMA’s non-profit security grant program. It’s expected to be at $35 million next fiscal year.

The NSGP program helps nonprofit organizations that are at high risk of a terrorist attack make physical security upgrades.
