The Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company responded to a boat and shed fire in New Milford on Friday morning.
Accord to the fire crew, mutual aid was sent to aid New Milford firefighters in extinguishing a large boat and shed fire on Friday at the residence on Carmen Hill Road in New Milford.

Officials say there was also damage to the siding of the house.
No injuries were reported. It’s unclear what started the fire.
