STAMFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Over 500 people have signed a petition calling for the removal of a stone marker at a local park bearing the name ‘Purdue Pharma’.

It’s at Mill River Park in Stamford – where the company is headquartered.

Purdue Pharma says it shares petitioners’ concerns about the opioid crisis.
