Power in the town of Greenwich has been restored after thousands lost power on Tuesday night.
Eversource confirmed on Tuesday night that thousands of people were without power in Greenwich after damage was discovered to underground cables.
The power supplier said more than 11,000 customers were without electricity. They say that equated to about 40 percent of customers in the town.
On Wednesday morning at 4:00 a.m., it was reported that only four customers in Greenwich were without power.
There is no word on specifically what has caused the damage to the underground cables.
