STAMFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Stamford police have identified a pedestrian struck and killed by a vehicle on Tuesday morning.
According to police, 59-year-old Lynette Wagner of Fairfield was trying to cross from the corner of North State Street when she was struck by a van.Related Content: City sees first pedestrian death of the year
Wagner was transported from the scene to a local hospital but died a short time after her arrival.
