Hamden officer accused of shooting at unarmed couple due in court


HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A Hamden officer accused of shooting at an unarmed couple in New Haven will be back in court on Tuesday.

Officials say back in April, Officer Devin Eaton shot at an unarmed couple in New Haven.

Eaton has pleaded not guilty to charges related to the shooting. Yale University officer Terrance Pollock was also involved. He was not charged.
