BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) – A motorcyclist from Waterbury died in a crash early Saturday morning in Bristol.

Bristol police said the crash occurred at 2:05 a.m. near Broad Street and King Street. The motorcyclist, 53-year-old Faustino Poncedeleon, was heading west on Broad Street when police said they failed to turn properly and went off the road.

Poncedeleon was taken to a hospital, where police said he was pronounced dead.
