Car erupts in flames on I-291 in South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH)– Emergency crews responded to a car fire early Saturday morning.

Officials said car fire happened at 2 a.m. on the Exit 3 off-ramp of I-291 Westbound.

There is no word on how the car caught on fire or injuries.

South Windsor Fire Department responded to the scene.
