Community builds snow people outside Granby nursing home to bring joy to residents

Hartford

GRANBY, Conn. (WTNH) — Community members came together for an hour Sunday afternoon to build snow sculptures outside a nursing home.

These small groups were COVID-19 safe in the process, wearing masks and staying out in the fresh air.

Some visitors built groups of snowmen, others sculpted penguins, while some had fun in the snow.

What a good way to have visitors always outside your window.
