HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Hundreds of people rallied outside the state capitol on Wednesday to ask the legislature to fund local nonprofits.
The groups said that they have been underfunded for more than a decade.
The nonprofits provide behavioral, developmental, community justice and other services.
