Fire crews respond to Southington tractor trailer fire

SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Fire officials are on scene of a fire early Thursday morning on the Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike.

According to the Southington Fire Department, fire crews responded to a tractor trailer fire around 7:30 a.m.

Fire officials say the fire was contained at 7:45 a.m.

No other details were confirmed. Injuries were not reported.
