HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH)–Hartford Police are investigating a shooting on Judson and Martin Streets.
There are four victims, officials say they are all conscious and alert. Two are on the scene and two are already at the hospital, police said.
The cause for the shooting is not known.
Police are advising people to avoid the area.
