HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Dozens of kids enjoyed the outdoors Thursday while they went fishing with Hartford police officers and firefighters.

The Cops & Bobbers, Hooks & Ladders program aims to connect children with nature while forming a positive bond with law enforcement.
