HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin is making a commitment to connecticut workers.
On Thursday, city leaders and businesses came together in Hartford in an effort to strengthen the workforce through the new Workforce Partnership Initiative.
The program works with local colleges and universities to accelerate students entering different industries.
Today’s announcement focused on increasing the hiring of diverse, traditionally under-represented populations in the workforce.
