MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) – Multiple kittens were found abandoned Tuesday at an apartment building in Manchester, according to animal control.

Manchester Animal Control said a momma cat and her kittens were left abandoned in a basket inside the Loft at the Mill located at 91 Elm St.

Anyone with information about the person responsible is asked to call the animal control office at 860-645-5516.
