The lawyer representing the Wethersfield police officer involved in a deadly shooting is speaking out.

Attorney Elliot Spector says the use of deadly force was justified. Police say they thought the car he was driving was stolen.

Spector says Eulizier had to run in front of it to get a look at the driver through the windshield because of dark tinted windows.

Video shows the car driving towards him. Spector also says Eulizier was unfairly portrayed in records saying his past performance was unacceptable at times.
