HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A man in his 30s was in critical condition at a hospital after being shot multiple times Thursday evening in Hartford.
The shooting happened at about 6:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Franklin Avenue. The man was found at the scene, according to police.
