HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A man in his 30s is expected to survive being shot early Monday morning, according to Hartford police.
Police found the victim after responding to a ShotSpotter notification at about 2:20 a.m. on Putnam Street in Hartford. The man was taken to a hospital, where he was in stable condition.
