Man shot in car causes crash in Hartford

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Police confirmed an incident in Hartford happening in the overnight hours at 69 Julius Street.

A 42-year-old male in a car was shot in the leg causing a crash in to another vehicle.

The scene is now cleared, however, the story is still developing.
