HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Caregivers from the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services will be making their voices heard on Thursday.
The group is leading a caravan through the Capitol city to express concerns about a lack of service due to covid-19.
That protest expected to kick off at 11:30 a.m.
