Officials in Hartford to hold conference highlighting equal pay

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A discussion in Hartford between officials will be held on Tuesday regarding legislation highlighting equal pay.

The proposed legislation would disclose a salary range when applying for a job and the need to re-train existing fossil fuel industry workers for new green economy jobs.

The news conference will be held later Tuesday morning at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford.
