WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) — A person was found dead inside of a vehicle that was pulled from the Connecticut River on Tuesday, according to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

The person’s identity has not yet been publicly released. The vehicle was found in Windsor.
