A Hartford man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into two vehicles and leading police on a pursuit in Windsor Locks.
According to officials, in June, 25-year-old Christofer Cruz-Morales and several accomplices broke into vehicles and took various items.
As an officer approached the scene, the group fled in a vehicle at a high rate of speed and got away.
Following an investigation, police obtained a warrant for Cruz-Morales and arrested him.
He has been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and engaging police in pursuit, along with other charges.
He was issued a $50,000 bond.
