A man was arrested after he allegedly attempted to bring a loaded firearm through a security checkpoint at Bradley International Airport on Thursday.
Officials said 74-year-old David Schultz was charged with tampering or interfering with airports, heliports, landing fields, airways, security devices or equipment.
He was transported to Connecticut State Police barracks and later released.
Schultz is scheduled to appear in court on May 30th.
