1 hurt during early morning shooting on Fern Street in West Hartford

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — One person was hurt during a shooting in West Hartford on Wednesday morning.

The incident happened before 1:30 a.m. on Fern Street near North Main Street.

Police said the unidentified victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No further information was released.
