Roads reopen in Hartford after underground explosion

Hartford

All roads have reopened in Hartford after an underground explosion occurred Monday morning. 

According to the Hartford Police Department, Market Street between State Street and Temple Street was closed due to an underground explosion.

However, all roads have since been reopened. 

News 8 has confirmed that no injuries were reported, as well as no power outages to the area.

The incident remains under investigation.
