There are 82 ‘toll trolls‘ and one giant ten foot troll currently camped out on the front lawn of the Capitol building.
“Is this thing ugly or what? That is how ugly the situation has become here in Connecticut with tolls. Tolls are just a tax on driving to work. The people of Connecticut can’t afford another tax,” said Carol Platt Liebau, Yankee Institute, President.
All of the trolls are purposely spread out so drivers along Capitol Avenue can see them.
The organization says the display raises public awareness about the tolling bills moving through the state legislature.
