Tractor trailer strikes railroad bridge overpass in Bristol

Hartford

BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) — A tractor trailer struck a railroad bridge overpass on Main Street just south of Summer Street in Bristol Wednesday.

The cab and trailer were damaged. No word on the condition of the overpass.

Main Street in the area was closed for a time but the truck was removed and the road was reopened.
