TSA: Florida man’s gun found at Bradley security checkpoint


We’re getting a look at the loaded gun that was seized at Bradley Airport on Thursday. 

Police say 74-year-old Charles Schultz, of Florida, was carrying the gun in his fanny pack along with 50 rounds of ammo.

TSA Agents spotted it when the bag went through the x-ray machine. This is the fourth gun caught at Bradley’s checkpoints this year. 

Last year, more than 4,000 firearms were seized at airports nationwide. That’s a 7 percent jump from the year before.
