Lamont still confident marijuana will become legal in Connecticut

Governor Ned Lamont remains confident that recreational marijuana will become legal in Connecticut despite opposition from medical society presidents from four states.

Lamont says it would be irresponsible and dangerous to leave marijuana sales to the black market and that carefully regulating the industry is the safest way to proceed.
