According to fire crews, around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, a call came in regarding people in the water at the pond at the recreation and conservation area at Routes 4 and 118.
Firefighters later learned that a dog had ventured out onto thin ice and fell through.
When fire crews arrived, all parties were already out of the water after receiving help from bystanders.
The three were transported to a local hospital to be evaluated.
Crews said the dog also safely made it out of the water.
