Animals lose their life in barn fire

GOSHEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A couple animals lost their lives overnight after a fire broke out in a barn.

Police said the call came in around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday December 18. The fire was located in a barn at 71 Pie Hill Road in Goshen.

Firefighters completed the call around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning.

It is unknown at this time if anybody was in the barn but police told News 8 that nobody was injured.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
