Book closing on Plymouth Library

Litchfield

It has been sharing stories to the people of Plymouth since 1871, but the town library has reached its final chapter.

Plymouth Library will be closing June 29th due to a lack of funding and patrons, as well as the shift from print to e-books.

The library had been getting $20,000 a year from the town, but it was pulled.

The nearby Terryville Public Library will remain open.
