Torrington PD: 3rd arrest made in connection with fatal drug overdose

Torrington Police make a 3rd arrest in connection with a fatal drug overdose last year.

34-year-old Daniel Rivera turned himself into police today.

Rivera is accused of supplying the heroin laced with fentanyl to a drug dealer who then sold the same drugs to another man.

Earlier this month, Police say they seized more than 500 packets of heroin when they searched Rivera’s car in Waterbury.
