Cause of fire in Middletown may be suspicious


MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTNH) — Firefighters say they think a fire that broke out Sunday morning could be suspicious.

The fire happened around 1:25 a.m. at a two family home that was vacant according to the Fire Department.

The fire department said it started in the front right corner on the porch at 14 Glover Place and nobody was injured.

The electricity was turned off while firefighters were putting the fire out but has since been turned back on.News 8 will bring you more updates as they enter the newsroom.
