City of Middletown files lawsuit against Purdue Pharma

The city of Middletown is the latest to file a lawsuit seeking damages suffered in combating the opioid epidemic.

Middletown’s lawsuit targets eight members of the Sackler family, the owners of Stamford-based drug maker, Purdue Pharma.
