CLEARED: Disabled tractor-trailer on Route 9 northbound in Middletown is caused heavy delays

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTNH) — A disabled tractor-trailer on Route 9 northbound in Middletown caused heavy delays Wednesday morning.

A disabled tractor-trailer between Exits 15 and 16 has closed the right lane on Route 9 northbound in Middletown for a time. Between Exits 12 and 16 were heavily congested, but traffic seems to be passing through now.
