East Haddam middle school student arrested for threat

EAST HADDAM, Conn. (WTNH) — An eighth grade student from Nathan Hale-Ray Middle School in East Haddam has been arrested for making threats of violence against middle school staff and students on Tuesday, March 26th.

According to Connecticut State Police, the student was charged with Threatening 1st degree and Breach of Peace.

He has been released from custody and awaits a date to appear at Middletown Juvenile Court.
